A multi-featured attendant console based on open standards and a core part of Mitel's unified communications portfolio. Available standalone with LDAP directory sources or integrated with Mitel CMG Suite for enhanced organization search, visitor management, and activity-based routing. Works with MiCollab for presence and instant messaging between attendants, and connects to MiVoice MX-ONE, MiVoice Business, MiVoice 5000, and other SIP-enabled platforms.
